Register for Telstra ID

  1. Open the My Telstra app
  2. Tap Create a new Telstra ID and then Let's get started
  3. Enter your details and follow the prompts.

Troubleshoot your services

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID
  2. Select Get Help. Choose the product you need help with
  3. Tell us which services are affected
  4. Select which issue you are experiencing.

Stay on top of your bills and account. Now you can view, query and organise your payments and services wherever you are.

Pay your bill

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID
  2. Choose the bill you want to pay. Hit Pay now
  3. Enter the bill amount. Choose your payment method.

Request a payment extension

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID
  2. Choose the bill you want to pay and select Pay now
  3. Select Request payment extension and accept.

Troubleshoot your services

  1. Login to the app using your Telstra ID
  2. Tap Support and select Smart Troubleshooting
  3. Select which services you want to troubleshoot and follow the prompts. 

Check for outages

  1. Select Support and choose Service Outages
  2. Choose your device.

Stay on top of your bills and account. Now you can view, query and organise your payments and services wherever you are.

  1. Login to the app using your Telstra ID
  2. Choose the bill you want to pay
  3. Enter the bill amount. Choose your payment method.

Request a payment extension

  1. Login to the app using your Telstra ID
  2. Select the bill you want to pay. 
  3. Hit Request a Payment Extension and accept.
